Summary The timber cross-frame of a cottage was exposed during removal of rendering from the western face of the Nurse's House of Bedworth Almshouses. It is suggested, by comparison with comparable timber cross frames recorded in the Midlands, that the structure may date to somewhere between the 16th century and mid-17th century.
