2 Brownsover Hall park/garden, Brownsover Hall, Brownsover, Rugby. Near river Swift and boardered by old arm of the Oxford canal,with bridge. park to N and W of house with clumps and boundary planting to N. Pleasure grounds around house, kitchen garden. Lovie reports that the estate was larger in 1883 but has since greatly reduced and the house a hotel at the time of this report (1996/7).

This period comes after the Post Medieval period and before the modern period and starts with beginning of the Industrial Revolution in 1750. It includes the second part of the Hannoverian period (1714 – 1836) and the Victorian period (1837 – 1901). The Imperial period ends with the start of the First World War in 1914.
