1 Rokeby House garden, Barby Road, Rugby. Lovie reports this as an early C20th House developed from Rokeby Farm with woodland garden, lawn, walks, orchard, kitchen garden. gardens in present form by 1939 and Lovie states that they appear to be in good condition. Lovie records that it was shown as Rowlands Farm (old buildings on N of present House 1850.

This period comes after the Post Medieval period and before the modern period and starts with beginning of the Industrial Revolution in 1750. It includes the second part of the Hannoverian period (1714 – 1836) and the Victorian period (1837 – 1901). The Imperial period ends with the start of the First World War in 1914.
