1 Rugby villa group, Newbold Road, Rugby. Lovie lists: The Lawn; Northcote House; Osborne House; Irton Cragg; The Elms. He states that only The Lawn survives as part of the District Council Offices but the garden largely developed as a car park. Northfield demolished and redeveloped.
