1 Springhill House garden, Barby Road, Rugby. Lovie reports pleasure grounds with pool, kitchen garden to E of House, drive, terraces, paddocks/park to S/SE. House demolished c. 1970. At time of survey (1996/7) some garden features survive. Former polo fields and paddocks converted to farmland and playing fields.
