2 Bradley House garden, 12 Waterloo Place, Leamington Spa. Lovie reports that the garden was approximately 1/4 acre: foraml garden with area of beds centred on ocatagonal greenhouse; fruit wall; trellis; fountain; steps; walks. House demolished and rebuilt as a replica in the 1970s. No garden features survive, the area having been converted into a car park at the time of Lovie's report (1996/7).
