1 Lillington Road villa group gardens, Lillington Road, Lillington, Leamington Spa. Lovie lists two villas with gardens: Castel Froma and Elm Bank. Castel Forma originally with formal gardens. Lovie reports that at the time of his report (1996/7) new structures in grounds but terrace with steps, urns and lawn survive. Elm Bank with drive, pleasure grounds, conservatory and kitchen garden. Lovie reports that this was redeveloped.
