Summary The site of a mine shaft which was in use in the 18th-19th centuries. An evaluation to the south of the mine shaft in 2011 identified a series of gullies which are thought to be associated with the mine.

1 Site of mine shaft marked on OS map of 1887.
2 A series of gullies, a pit and a furrow were located in the north-eastern part of the evaluation area in 2011. They were dated to the 18th-19th century by finds and are thought to be associated with the mine shaft to the north.
