Summary The site of a brickworks which was in use during the Imperial period. It was situated 200m north of Newdigate Colliery. The brickworks were marked on the Ordnance Survey map of 1913.

1 Site of brickworks marked on OS map of 1913.
2 The area of the brickworks has been expanded to include the large amorphous clay pit located to the north of the kilns indicated by the mapping. This has been done to better reflect the total industrial area connected with the brickworks.
