Source Number  

1 Brick built domestic surface shelter used during World War II. The air raid shelter is located at the north end of South Road, opposite the village school at Clifton upon Dunsmore. The shelter is square with a concrete roof and an entrance in the south face. An air brick is built into the west face.
2 This small air raid shelter is noted in a review of 20th century military sites across the county. The description as above is largely reproduced, but the reference number AR03 given for it.
