Description

Source Number

1A 16th-17th century timber framed three bay structure. Extended and altered in the 19th and 20th century. Demolished circa 2009. It had an inglenook fireplace that was later than the framing. Much of the framing in the lower half of the building had been lost prior to demolition.
2 A watching brief during the development of the site, after the demolition of the building, did uncover foundations in some trenches. This showed that the building had a timber frame on stone foundations.
