Processing
This building is where quarried material is processed into forms suitable for road building and construction. It was built some time between the 2nd World War and 1965. The products from this process would be funnelled into the back of road lorries as opposed to railway wagons in the past.
In this photograph large stones are being poured into the crushing machine.
