During excavations, archaeologists also found a bath house, which was probably used at a similar time to the first stone temple.  Bathing was an important cultural and religious aspect of Roman life, even in the far flung provinces.  Not all of the bath house has been excavated but they usually they comprise three rooms (one cold, one warm and one hot).  It is possible that this bath house was linked to the temple.
